This was a perfect place for our family to stay to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. It is a lovely house in an idyllic, quintessentially English, peaceful village location. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, table big enough for us to all sit round and lots to do nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed it and Hattie was a great host.  – C H, May 2022

We had a lovely stay in Aldborough and cannot recommend the cottage highly enough.  A real home from home, and everything so tastefully and thoughtfully restored and equipped to a high standard.  It really is the quintessential English village and we enjoyed watching the world go by whilst enjoying our meals in the front garden.  With staircases at each end of the house, our children had great fun discovering the nooks and crannies, as well as buying daily provisions from the village shop.  All in all a ‘get away from it all’ experience. – D S – July 2022
